Food is always fresh and cheap, no restrooms,parking can suck most of the time. Whenever I’m working in the area, I like eating here. Place has been open for decades. Carnitas is what they are popular for. They have underrated combos. Torta/taco rice and beans under $15 after taxes. The staff is super chill and attentive. I come here from Glendale with the wife on my days off.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I came for a beef soup - cAldo de res. It was very good. Good portions, fair and competitive prices. Prices are marked in front of the item so you know what you are paying for and how much. Very satisfied customer. Thank you. Will recommend and return.

Love this place staff is super friendly, Restaurant is always clean, food is always perfectly made. Never once had an issue at this place i recommend it to everyone in the area for a quick bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I tried the carnitas wet burrito. I took a star away for personal preference. This was the first time a restaurant added the skin with the meat and the gelatin feel was a bit gross. Overall the food was great.

This place has the best carnitas I've had from this place all the way to the border in San Diego. Juicy, flavorful carnitas with the skins. I ordered 1lb of just meat. Side of their gauca salsa and a red and green salsa. The green salsa is very, very good. Red is also very good. Just randomly looked for a Mexican place near me and this was a hit. Cannot recommend the carnitas enough. For the white people that say the skin is gross. You have no idea what you're talking about. It's amazing and it's how it's traditionally served. Traditionally its served as the entire pig is fried in its own fat. Liver ,head, kidneys, feet. Don't be so precious white people. Perfect little hole in the wall for authentic Mexican street tacos. They offer some of the beat tacos for a reasonable price. I recommend getting the three tacos platter with rice and beans. Don’t forget the green sauce which packs a small but tasty kick. San Fernando valley hidden gem well worth the trip.
